The Hong Kong Cultural and Arts Exchange Centre was founded by Ms. Ziyuan, a well-known musician, cultural and artistic curator, and cross-border art enabler in Hong Kong. Its original intention has always been to "connect life with art and empower growth with culture". The center, in collaboration with renowned artists and institutions both domestically and internationally, has planned and produced a series of large-scale music events with directors from Hong Kong, mainland China, and other regions, including the "Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression Concert", "Belt and Road Igniting the Chinese Dream Art Evening Gala", "Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Hong Kong's Return with Chinese Heart in Hong Kong", "Beautiful Bay Area Concert", "National Music Surge and Coexistence 2023 Yunsong Nanshan Shenzhen Hong Kong Youth Cultural and Art Exchange Concert", and "Celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China Concert". These events have received high praise from music fans and wide recognition from all sectors of society.
The center gathers a diverse range of professional art talents, from stage art, performance planning, stage design and directing, cultural and artistic festival and exhibition planning, to art training for different groups of people, including advertising cooperation for art activities. It involves a wide range of businesses and has mature and complete standardized, professional, and high-quality landing service processes to ensure that high-quality art products that touch people's hearts are better delivered

Through music art, it brings people closer, connects different groups in society, and awakens people's emotional resonance with the beauty of music. This is the cause that the center has been practicing since its establishment. The center has collaborated with multiple organizations such as the Hong Kong Huaxin Art Troupe, Hong Kong Xiangyun Art Troupe, Asian Cultural and Art Garden, Purple Lily Chorus, Hong Kong Federation of Chinese Higher Education Institutions, and Hong Kong Cultural and Art Research Association to carry out various charitable art activities over the years. Through practical actions, it aims to inspire society and enrich people's spiritual and cultural lives. It hopes to use art to spread positive energy, promote excellent culture, and help build and develop a humanistic society.
